We cannot recommend Tricia enough. We decided to put our house on the market in early March 2020. When we met with Tricia, she walked us through the process, provided us a timeline of how to get our house ready for Market, and kept us on schedule so we could be ready to show our house. Tricia also helped us determine how much to list our house. She has extensive knowledge of our area, and made sure that it was perfectly listed to attract as many buyers as possible. Once our house was listed on the market, we had two days of open house we had multiple, written, above asking offers. What made Tricia stand out was that all of what she did for us took place right before the pandemic took place and stay-at-home orders were issued. Tricia kept us up-to-date on all the information and regulations and made sure that we were able to sell and buy our house in a timely manner. During the scheduled showings, Tricia helped ensure that all precautions were in place and helped to sanitize the home afterwards. Tricia truly went above and beyond what was asked of any realtor during the process and cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her team. We are very grateful for all she has done and cannot thank her enough for her support in the buying and selling process.

I highly recommend Tricia Coury as a real estate agent as she is the consummate professional when it comes to assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. No matter how simple or challenging the situation, Tricia was available to answer any and all of my questions, and this was at any time, day or night. Without Tricias support and understanding, I would have been significantly stressed out, but she constantly kept me updated, followed up on the things she said she would do, and went above and beyond by helping out with things that I probably should have done on my own. Tricia even brought me ice cream and wine after I broke my foot, and it was a much needed and appreciated surprise that reminded me just how generous she is with her time. In a tough and competitive market like this no one beats Tricia! Shes responsive, gets you into showings/appointments before they go off market, and even helps you find amazing houses in your budget. The home she helped us get was 40k under budget and more square footage than we thought wed be able to get. The home is also in excellent condition. Shes also genuinely nice and considerate. She wants you to be truly happy in your new home. Shes goes so much farther than above and beyond. Shes also perfect for covid safety! My partner is high risk and she not only made sure were safe but asked others to be safe too. She also is very personable and a pleasure to be around. Being a first time home buyer she gave us info many other agents left out! It made the process smoother than silk!! Tricias contacts are also superior!
