As first time home buyers, we were nervous about looking for a home. We thought we might feel pressure to buy quick, but Sam made this process both easy and extremely comfortable. He never rushed us through houses and ensured us that he would find the right home no matter how long it took.Given that my husband works night shift work, Sam was graciously flexible at meeting with us during the late afternoons & early evenings to meet our schedule. He did us a great service by making us think about the little things we were blinded to (we fell in love with a lot of houses but not all of them were aEURoethe oneaEUR?). Sam paced us and when it came time to do the paperwork, he was an awesome liaison between both the seller and our lender. We cant thank him enough for his expertise during the inspection process, as it ultimately saved us thousands in the long run (not sure we would have done a sewer scope without him). He always answered our questions and/or pointed us in the right direction. We certainly will be coming back to him after we upgrade from our starter home!
