I rarely write reviews, but for our realtor, Heather Gates, this couldn't be more appropriate. A bit of background on myself, I am frugal, a curmudgeon, have only bought one home prior, and generally cynical of most people. However, Heather Gates has earned my complete trust in buying a home with her. She patiently answered every (and there were numerous) question that my wife and I had throughout the buying process. Heather's remarkable knowledge of the entire buying process continuously amazed us. Her ability to speak to us in laymen's terms so that non-real estate people could understand is rare in today's world. Heather also guided us through the entire process with her team to help us find a mortgage agency (Fairway-fantastic, as well), settlement lawyer, insurance agency, and every other unknown responsibility that my wife and I needed to take care of. Heather attended (and provided immediate feedback) from the initial inspection and the re-inspection that occurred two weeks later. Finally, she was with us through the finality of the actual settlement date. Heather Gates is truly an amazing realtor and I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone that may be considering a home purchase.
