Jamie was instrumental to our understanding of the America housing market. We relied heavily upon her advice and opinion, and we really trusted her especially as she became familiar with our persona, likes, dislikes and needs. We asked a ton of questions and she was very happy to answer them every single time without hesitation, complaints and gave us very appropriate responses and explanations. Even the one time she was unsure of a question, she had a team of seasoned realtors at her fingertips that had her back, and quickly able to answer our query. After a day of looking at properties, I was finished. She kept on looking after dropping us off, and texted me a picture of our future beautiful home that was 20k less than what our budget was, and a LOT more house than we expected. We ended up looking at it the next day and decided it was the one. She went out of her way when personal problems went awry for us, and did not give-up. She even brought me homemade chicken soup when I was so sick! After we bought the house and into the next year, she made sure we filed our homestead exemption, and kept giving us advice on how to follow-up with how to make sure your home was appraised right.
