When I first met with Tricia it was in her office with an overhead of local listings. Over the next hour or so we explored different options and eventually came up with the townhome that seemed the best fit. We were able to see the place that evening and within a week or so after some negotiation we had a contract.I was amazed how by just asking the right questions and showing the right places Tricia was able to lead me to the perfect home for me. At the start I had no idea what I was really looking for.Tricia was very proactive on all the things that needed to be done. There was never a delay on her side and she prodded me as needed to get my work done. She also coordinated with the mortgage company to make sure everything was in order. It's been a while since I went through the process and it's become very complex. Tricia knew everything and kept the ball rolling.I requested to see the home 2-3 times and each time Tricia was very accomodative.I recommend Tricia to those who need a real estate agent.
