My wife and I had searched for a home on the south shore for over a year before we found Cody. Our previous realtor made us feel like an afterthought. They signed us up for the MLS feed, then waited for us to come to them when we found a house we liked. We never felt supported or helped when it came to putting together strong offers. Then we found Cody. She took the time to work with us and listen to what we wanted. We received proactive texts about properties that were recently listed or about to be listed that seemed like potential fits. She was honest about the pluses and minuses of each property. Three months later we had an offer accepted on our new home. Its exactly what we wanted and we likely would have overlooked it if it wasnt for Cody insisting on all of us attending the open house. As a bonus, she also helped us list our Condo in Quincy and get well above asking for it, even as the market was slowing down.
