Suzanne has helped us with three houses. First, she helped us out of a difficult situation where a tenant moved out of a home we were renting to them unexpectedly - she found a new and better tenant for us practically overnight, and sold the house when we were ready. Then she guided us through the purchase of our current home in a community where houses rarely are offered for sale. Her knowledge and connections allowed us to make an offer before the house formally went on the market, and we were successful. Finally, she helped us negotiate for a rental property, and offered to be our property manager, and has done so superbly. She handles all repairs and maintainence for us. So we have benefitted from her knowledge and experience in selling, buying (twice), and property management. She always responds immediatelty whenever we have any real estate questions. We would not go to anyone else in the Palos Verdes area.
