Michael is fair and honest. My husband and I had a limited budget looking on the Cape and he never lost faith in our potential to find a home. Michael was available, flexible and open to meeting us after our work day as teachers. Having a limited budget made for a a challenge to find the perfect property but Michael showed us all the homes within our budget and throughout the tour was honest and open as it what we would expect. Our final property had challenges caused by the seller making Michael's job more demanding. He remained attentive, honest and helpful even as we got discouraged. We recently closed on our property and he had checked in with us constantly to ensure we are doing well. Michael is a fabulous agent and I would recommend him to anyone. He will be fair, honest and helpful. I will most definitely use him again if we sell this home and purchase another.
