My brother and I were fortunate to have found Susan as we prepared to sell our family home that we recently inherited. Although we now live at considerable distance from the home (4+ hours drive each), Susan readily accepted us as clients. Throughout the entire process, Susan acted on our behalf as necessary. We knew the home needed some remodeling in order to prepare it for the real estate market. Susan gladly worked with multiple local contractors to get bids and be on site during construction as necessary. She also helped dispose and donate old possessions and staged the home decor for showings with a nice variety of furniture. She even went so far as to interface with the County and local municipal planning and zoning committee to secure a zoning change that was a contingent of the home buyers. She really pulled out all the stops for us and made the whole experience painless for my brother and I. Throughout the process, she was utterly professional and pleasant to communicate with. Our home sold in 3 months of being listed and we attribute that success to Susan's strong work ethic, her knowledge and experience of the real estate market in the greater Table Rock/Branson area, and her friendly demeanor to make the sale.
