On November 8, 2019 we lost our home, including all possessions in the Paradise Campfire. For the last four months, we have been staying with our daughter and her family in Galt. We needed to figure out what to do, and where to live. During this time, we met LaurieAnn Silverling. Initially, we werent certain what we were going to do, let alone where we were going to settle. However, in an effort to move forward, we asked LaurieAnn to show us a few houses. We were so impressed with her demonstrated knowledge of real estate, professionalism, as well her kind and compassionate personality. She answered all our questions, and never pressured us in any way. After showing us the many houses we requested to see, she mentioned she knew of one more house that was particularly nice. We agreed to the tour not knowing we were about to see our new home and future. The house was beautiful! We instantly fell in love. After taking one last trip to say goodbye to our beloved home and life in Paradise, we made an offer on the last home we hope to ever own. The home LaurieAnn recommended. LaurieAnn took it a step further by introducing us to an equally amazing lady at a mortgage company who answered all our many questions. We elected to work with that person on our loan, but it did not stop there. Through the mortgage representative, we met yet another hardworking woman at a title company. Thanks to LaurieAnn, and this entire team, our home buying experience was seamless. Each one of these people stayed on top of every step, never once letting anything fall between the cracks. The level of communication with each other and with us was amazing! We were kept well-informed and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. These wonderful ladies all stayed in front of the process and were more than prepared to immediately address any issues that could arise. LaurieAnn is not only an amazing person, she is an outstanding real estate agent. Thanks to her and her contacts we are moving on with our lives in the beautiful home she found for us.
