A mere review doesn't even begin to express how incredibly grateful I am to Nick Sandler and The Agency for all they did to help me buy my very first dream home. Nick cold-called me. I never answer the phone if I don't know the number but I am forever grateful that I did. I was very clear, I had the down payment but wasn't going to just buy anything and could'nt be pushed. I am a single mom of (now a 10 month old) and a dog at the time. I needed specific things and Nick set out to find them. He never once even nudged me and even offered his own opinions freely which I was so appreciative of. He had no problems revisiting places numerous times over and truly made this process so pleasant that i couldn't believe that I didn't experience the horrors I've always heard about the LA real estate market. I have been in the most perfect townhome in the Highlands/Palisades since October and I couldn't be happier. Now my brother is with Nick and team finding his own place. Truly a consummate professional that exceeded all expectations.
