I cannot recommend Tammy more highly. I am an extremely detail oriented (or picky as my husband would say) person, and will not suffer fools as the saying goes. She was the realtor for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. In selling our home, she and her skilled assistant provided key feedback about staging. Within 48 hours of listing we had 6 competitive offers and sold our house above asking price. She answered my endless questions with patience and was responsive to my texts/emails. In working on our purchase of our home, she took the time to understand our needs. As we seriously entertained several properties she utilized her connections with contractors and other professionals to help us make a sound decision in regards to houses that we envisioned would require updating or other changes. This included negotiating with a seller who was extremely difficult. Tammy seamlessly worked with multiple professionals to ensure that buying the house that we wanted went through smoothly and to our satisfaction. Despite being a broker known for high-end estates, she navigated our sale and purchase of a house that was under $1 million with the same attention and detail that makes her so sought after.
