My home was for sale for 2 years with two different realitors. I never even recieved and offer. His team came over and did an evaluation. Great pictures taken and a few recommendations on showing the house. He seemed very in tune with the local market. The housing market was not good but there was a resource of military families in the area. With his advertising program he was able to get the word out on my home and some offers soon came in. He was able to negotiate an acceptable price with my bank and things went smoothly from there. All the times I called for updates on the progress of things he or a team member was always on the ball to return my calls on a timely basis and give me some piece of mind. I know my home was a difficult sell due to the slow market but he was able to get done what others had failed at. If you are looking for a knowledgable, honest, hardworking realitor, you would be hard pressed to find better. I dont plan on comming back to Alaska but if I did I would hire Scott to represent me or recommend him to anyone.
