I initially though that Stenisha was a heaven sent realtor and that she genuinely cared about her clients and not just the money, but all that changed the second I left the closing table once money was in hand I was no longer able to get help from this caring person. Within 24hr of purchasing the home things that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in that were in a legal binding document were actually not fixed, just a bandaid placed over. Prior to closing was advised that my mortgage wouldnt be as high as it was that the attorney does the final numbers don,t worry about the lender paper work and come to find out she gave me the wrong taxes on the house the taxes were $100s more. I trusted her with the process but once I reached out with concerns as I was a 1st time home buyer the caring person was gone never to be heard from again. I do understand its business 1st but everyone I know who has purchased homes have said they realtors reached out after and even helped when things werent done right after closing but hey guess next time around I know to use a realtor someone I personally know has worked with.
