We recently bought a home in Franklin with Bill Hensons help. He excelled in several areas that were very important to us: 1. Very quickly understood the type, size and quality house we were looking for and showed us houses that were appropriate in a relatively concise band, learning quickly as we evaluated options. We appreciated his ability to show us the right kinds of houses, and make the best use of our time. 2. His combination of being respected in this area, knowing what's coming on the market, his eye for detail and his negotiating skills helped us navigate a competitive bidding situation and get the house we wanted. 3. His local area knowledge was above and beyond. We had all sorts of questions from schools to restaurants to service providers. He had detailed contacts, opinions and advice that was really helpful and made our transition to the area much easier. We still ask him for advice and he's generous with continuing to help out. 4. He helped us negotiate our purchase calmly and professionally while insuring all the details were covered. Overall, Bill is fantastic. We would highly recommend him. He offers a great balance of professionalism, responsiveness and knowledgeable experience -- and he is great to work with.

After doing our due diligence and reading allthe positive reviews, we elected to list withSilverPointe Properties. We met will BillHenson and we were very impressed with himand his marketing strategy. The photographerwas amazing and the photos of the house andyard were fantastic. In addition, Bill providedfull color brochures depicting numerouspictures of the home and yard. We were veryfortunate and sold the for $5k less than theasking price. Not only did the couple purchaseour house but they bought all the furniture,pictures and decorations that we were willingto sell.We would definitely recommend Bill Hensonand SilverPoint Properties without reservationif you are contemplating selling your house. Asan aside, our home sold in three weeks whileother homes in Polk Place still haven't sold andsome have reduced the price more than once.
