I recently bought a home with Josh after looking for over a year with him as my realtor. I found him when he replied to an inquiry I made within minutes and I thought, "Wow, this is who I want to use." If you like good communication, intelligence, and professionalism, Josh would be a good fit for you. Throughout this year, Josh took me to see so many different houses - at my budget, below my budget, and even showed me what houses were available if I was able to increase my budget. We would discuss neighborhoods, lifestyle, and environmental variables. With each showing, Josh was patient with all my questions and listened to my concerns and always worked diligently to find out any information that he didn't already know. In this very challenging market, there were many emotional days and Josh was able to be supportive and encouraging when I felt less than encouraged. After several offers were not accepted, I finally found a home that ticked most of the boxes and my offer was accepted. Josh provided support in the searching and purchasing process, coming to inspections, offering ideas, and helping in my decision making. He is a great sounding board. My first encounter with Shire Realty was with Matt (the owner) and Josh. I immediately sensed I was in good hands with them and knew I wanted these home-town guys to guide my siblings and me through this arduous process. We met Josh at an open house and although the apartment wasn't for us, we asked for his help in finding us a rental that was. We then worked with Josh for a few months looking at rentals. Josh could not have been better. He has excellent knowledge of the shore area (he is from there). Also, he was great in helping us find units & with our decision process. Josh was great to work with! He responded to my texts promptly, and gave me good advice navigating the rental world. He called me to follow up during negotiations and even met me late one night to finish the deal! Its stressful trying to find an annual rental in the beach towns especially with summer approaching. He was able to show me a place in Avon and by the following Sunday - I had the keys! Id highly recommend working with Josh, he made this process easy to get through!
