We live in the Bay Area and were purchasing a second home in the Redding Area. I looked up reviews for local real estate agents online and it lead me to Ashley -- and were so glad! From the very start, Ashleys local knowledge and expertise put us at ease with doing a transaction like this from a distance. We went up one weekend to look at properties, and we very quickly saw that she knew what she was doing. Several of the places that wed thought would be good candidates werent on her list, but she took us to see them, and it only took us two stops to make Trust Ashley our mantra! She understood what we were looking for and what just wouldnt work. We found just the right property and Ashley was with us every step and helped us close the transaction remotely.
