My husband and I meet Brian a few years ago when we were purchasing our first house.We already had a realtor, however needed to look at a house and our realtor was not available. Brian was so nice and fast from the beginning, even knowing we had a realtor. Brian showed us the house and after speaking with him I realized he was more up to date than my senior realtor. From that moment on my husband and I agreed,if we were ever in the market again we would use Brian. I called Brian and was shocked he remembered us from a few years back. He was still just as pleasant and knowledgeable as I had remembered. I am very OCD if you will and know what I want when I want it. I like things to move fast and like the Realtor helping me to be the same. Brian was prompt and exceeded my expectations. We had issues from working with our previous realtor. So I believe we knew more about what we wanted and how realistic our expectations should be. We moved to relocate. Brian never missed an opportunity to show us a house. I would call him same day and tell him about a house we wanted to see. As soon as he got the approval to show it we all were on the road heading over there. Every house would be minimum 45 mins one way. We cannot express our gratitude enough for his hard work and time away from his family to make our family's transition smooth. Brian had our house sold and us in a new one in less than 3 months. We had several offers . Some worth taking some not . His suggestion in moving forward and what to accept from the buyers were reassuring. We personally knew how we wanted to handle each offer, but his professional advice was just that, professional. Brian does this for a living so he looked at it in more ways than I or my husband. The suggestions he had for our house helped us far surpass our original asking price we had discussed before speaking with Brian. I would like to say we got right at the asking price after a few updates . Brian really knows this market and knows how to deliver. He even came and helped us get a few last minute things completed so closing stayed on time. Our experience with Brian was exceptional. Life changing events are stressful enough, you shouldn't have to worry with any extra. Brian picked up our extra and was diligent with handling it. We truly have gained a friend from this experience. I wish that other Realtors we're half as dedicated as Brian. Hard work pays off and if you need a realtor who genuinely accepts your challenges as his own, then look no further . Brian is the Realtor to get the job done!
