      We hired Kayla after working with a different firm and Kayla exceeded our expectations. She knew the LIC market very well. We also appreciate her candor and guidance on how to best present and price our property. Of note is that we started working with Kayla at the beginning of the pandemic, and even with that challenge she was able to drive results immediately. Kayla was also patient with us, our questions, and our expectations. Kayla was always available to us and incredibly responsive. Kayla and her team are top notch and you cannot go wrong if you hire them.

      I worked with Kayla as a buyer in LIC, and wow was I happy I went with her. To be honest, I went into the buying process thinking that I didn't need an agent - I found the place I wanted and tried to leverage the fact that I didn't have an agent to receive more closing credit. After talking to a few friends who bought, I ended up going with Kayla and she was incredible. I'll break it down by the important parts: 1) the offer / negotiations - she had so much knowledge in LIC, that she knew exactly what I would need to offer and how much we should negotiate for the unit I wanted. She pushed for and got me way more closing credit than I expected (plus storage!). 2) target closing and actual closing date - originally the seller wanted a quick as possible closing date (2-3 months), but I wanted to line up with my lease and push it out about 4 months. She easily negotiated the date I wanted. Then came the pandemic, and I started getting nervous that we wouldn't close in time (since there was little overlap between the end of my lease and the target closing date). Kayla was super responsive during this time and pushed all the right buttons to get us closed (for example, she pushed inspections and the appraisal to happen earlier than scheduled). We had ALOT of hurdles to overcome given the new construction building plus the pandemic, but she handled it easily. 3) overall responsiveness / knowledge / friendliness - the best! I'm sure she has many clients as a seller's and buyer's agent, but she was always quick to respond in a professional, thorough, and friendly manner. I asked a TON of questions and sent a TON of what-ifs and concerns and typical first-time-buyer-am-i-over-my-head type emails and Kayla is the type of agent you want by your side when you're going through this.
