My wife and I have moved several times since we moved to Florida in 1994 and had the need to use realtors. This latest acquisition is a condo in Cedar Key, Fl. Luckily, we connected with Caryn Stephenson and PelicanRealty. Caryn really works for her clients and understands the community in which she works. That was such a positive since we were somewhat unfamiliar with Cedar Key since we have only vacationed there a few times. She goes over and above what we have ever experienced from any Realtor we have used in the past 21 years. Since we dont live in Cedar Key, we depended on her to answer questions and nummerous phone calls in a timely manner. We trusted her advice and she made us feel we were her most important clients.
