We were working with a different realtor at first from one of the larger more nationally recognized companies with someone who has a real great reputation. After it seemed we were not a priority because she was working with so many other clients, probably with larger budgets, and putting in several offers (always above asking) but bring rejected, we decided to go with someone else when we started to look at houses again, a year later. I am glad we found Shawn because she actually seemed to want to work hard with us to get a home. Setting up times to see the houses we wanted was easy, and her input was genuine and helpful. I think shes a funny and energetic lady and that helps because buying a house can be stressful. We got the house we wanted, a good deal and it happened quick. She worked with our lender and he was impressed at how on top of it all she was. Bonus: We are military and she was working with Homes for Heros so that was also a plus for us. A positive experience and outcome for our first home thanks to Shawn.

I would like to say Shawn was the sweetest agent ever. Since day one she was always there to answer any question that my husband and I had. She help us find various of options of beautiful houses and got us scheduled to see them as soon they were available,.Her expertise and the experience in the field are the best. She was really patient going through the tour and with everything that needed to be done. She help us find our dream house the most amazing part of it is that she shares the happiness with you she is just amazing. We are so thankful that got to work with such incredible person, She has some amazing negotiable skills that she helps us get our house as soon as she made the first offer . I wish I could give more than one star but is not possible but I would like to say is to whoever out there looking for a nice, dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and sweet agent definitely recommend to work with Shawn she is simply the best.
