To whom it may concern, I would like to like to talk about my experience with my realtor. Reason being that I've had a few others and never got what I was looking for and by that not only am I referring to not finding the right home but more about not finding the right realtor. I believe that is key to having the best opportunity to landing the house of your dreams without being worried about any hidden or unwelcome surprises. It can be the difference between pain and happiness. My experience with the other realtors had made me feel less important because they seem to have been attending other clients who I guess were looking for more expensive properties or homes. I would explain what we wanted, how many rooms and baths, where we wanted it, and how much money we were willing to spend. They seemed less interested and would give us a list of houses that was a small one at that. On top of that, they never came up with a single one that was what we wanted. They were more like bad neighborhoods, houses that seemed more condemned believe it or not and always a lot more expensive than what we could afford on our budget. This is why I am so happy to go to the Zillow website and the first realtor we were introduced to was completely the opposite of any of the realtors we had ever met. They said that they were referring one of their best realtors and I thought to myself we've heard that before with disappointing results every time. But right off the bat, this lady was a cheerful very educated woman. I can tell from the way she introduced herself and the way she spoke to us she was so patient and listened to everything we had to say without interrupting us or trying to guess what we were trying to say. She was a great listener and never tried to rush us into anything; she is a very polite and genuine people person. You couldn't help but like her. She found us our place and got the wheels running within a span of 2 weeks and that was including signing the papers and being handed the keys to our home. She told us that she would do so in the exact time frame she said she would just under a week before Thanksgiving of last year. We were unpacked and spent our first Thanksgiving in the home we were looking for. I would not hesitate to refer her to a family member, friend, or stranger. Believe it or not, she came by a few days before the following Christmas with a gift for our family which left me speechless and thought to myself she was not one of the best, she was the absolute best if you ask me.
