Working with Lisa was great. Sure, any Realtor can list and sell your home, assuming that absolutely everything in the deal goes perfectly to plan. But that's not the world in which we live. There are bound to be a few "bumps in the road" on most real estate transactions - some are a minor annoyance, while others can threaten to kill the deal. Knowing how to effectively deal with those things, is what separates the amateurs from the pros, in the vast universe of Realtors. You may regret entrusting the sale of your home to just any Realtor; you really need someone with lots of experience, who knows how to work through the inevitable problems along the way, and can get the deal to close. That's Lisa! She stays on top of things and is always quick to respond, if you need to confer with her. If I had it to do all over again, I'd list with Lisa, and I recommend her without reservation.
