I am so fortunate to have had the privilege to work with such an amazing real estate professional as Jenifer Novak. To be honest, she is the sole reason that my husband and I were able to muster the courage to move halfway around the country. She has the most calming, reassuring demeanor that puts you at ease and makes the home buying process so much less stressful. She is communicative, honest, and knowledgable. She takes the time to understand what you're looking for and you know that you're in good hands. She is also an incredible negotiator and makes sure that you're getting a fair deal. She even paid money from her own pocket to fix items that the seller wasn't willing to in order to make sure that we were happy. Who does that?!? I cannot recommend her enough. From beginning to end, she is the absolute BEST!
