Macy O'Donnell is a gem. From our first meeting with her until closing, Macy was always there for us to answer questions, to locate potential properties, to provide information and documents. Macy's guidance and knowledge of the area helped make the sometimes-daunting process of finding a home a pleasant experience for us. More importantly, Macy often anticipated questions from us and was always well prepared throughout the searching, viewing, and buying process. Our first meeting with Macy was purely by chance that turned out to be wonderful experience! She worked with us this past summer helping us to find a vacation home on the coast, looking at over a dozen homes on a schedule that fit with us. Every time we looked at a group of houses, she came totally prepared with detailed information that allowed us to make an informed decision, including the hidden, negative details that a seller might not want to advertise. When we finally purchased our home, Macy was with us every step of the way, guiding us from the bid process to closing, and letting us know what to expect next. She impressively stepped up during the home inspection process, using her network of local providers to get needed repairs identified and fixed in a timely manner. Best of all, she was adamant with the seller?s agent to ensure that all identified repairs would be covered by them, even though some could not be scheduled and completed until after closing. I would highly recommend Macy if you are looking for a home in the Rockaway Beach ? Tillamook ? Oceanside area. She comes prepared, sets realistic expectations, and is a staunch advocate for her clients!
