Trey is the perfect person to call for your Real Estate needs. Our needs and our extreme critical views of homes, were very hard to accommodate. But Trey soon took charge and lead us around town in the most professional manner, arriving on time, prepared to answer our questions, and when he couldn't answer them, he got back to us within hours with the answers. Fantastic man Trey is.His extensive and personal knowledge of the area, and the make up of political and financial impacts the area has on our search, proved to be the most valuable to us. We found him to also be very personable, and his ability to find us the right houses to look at, was on target. I can't say enough about Avril Harris. She is a great realtor. I wanted to purchase a home before I moved back to the US from the UK in order to be able to move in right away. I was apprehensive at first, but once Avril came on board as my realtor, I had nothing to worry about. She was always there for me making sure everything was moving along to plan and always available to answer my many questions. Just one example; as an inexperienced home buyer, I was not sure how to interpret the home inspection report. Avril answered all of my questions, gave me great guidance, and I am very happy with the repairs that Avril negotiated on my behalf. She went above and beyond making sure inspections were performed and repairs were accomplished. She always kept me well informed of every step taken to get me to closing. I felt reassured that Avril was there representing my best interests throughout the entire process, even though I couldn't physically be there.
