I met Jennifer Reeder by chance at an open house in what would become my new neighborhood. I had just moved to the state and decided to look at the house on a whim, alas, it was not the right house for me. Jennifer was there to greet me and I automatically felt at ease. After getting her card and talking for a short while about my situation I left. A couple of months later my wife came up to join me for a weekend and we contacted Jennifer about looking for a home to purchase. She immediately began to reach out with homes and questions in order to match our needs as closely as possible. After narrowing down our options she met with us to go and tour some properties. The options that she presented were all in line with what we were looking for, but the Home we settled upon was a perfect fit and she knew it. I believe it was less that 24 hours later that we contacted Jennifer and asked to put an offer on the home. Our offer was accepted and Jennifer was incredibly diligent in getting me the resources that I needed to move forward with the purchase. Her relationships with the financial institutions, home warranty company, as well as all of the other peripheral agencies and processors ensured that the purchase of our home went so smoothly that I felt like all I had to do was sign some papers and get the keys. Working with Jennifer was an experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, and I will absolutely utilize her services in the future!
