From the moment Connie got the listing she took charge of needed repairs, scheduling appointments, getting estimates, in addition to marketing my property. It was a very tricky and difficult escrow to hold together and she navigated all the details with complete professionalism and skill. I have to say she is absolutely the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would list any property I had to sell with her.

She was able to clean up, do repairs, and get 4 houses on the market and sold and for more than we expected. I would for sure recommend her to anyone.

ConnieJo was the hardest working and most savvy agent I have ever heard of! With all of us living out of town, her hands on approach was necessary. She directed and handled extensive work on the house, the photos and marketing. The result was a quick sale above asking price.
