Katie was fantastic. If I ever needed to buy another home, which I wont because she found our forever home, Id call her again in a heart beat. As soon as we arrived to a house, Katie had already started pointing out flaws / red flags to the outside, she was prepped and ready to fill us in with information on the neighborhood and had specs for similar homes sold as we walked through the front door. Katie is the BEST. She is patient, knowledgeable, insightful. friendly, and you can tell that she loves her job. When we first met, she asked me what I was looking for and why. I told her that I was looking for a 2-family investment property. We were then off to the races. We looked at many, many properties in several towns of my preferred area. Katie taught me "how" to look at a property: not to worry about the ugly pink tile or wallpaper. After being outbid on a few properties, she would never let me get discouraged and promised that she would help find the right property. Katie kept her promise.
