After casually looking at homes to purchase for a while, we knew we wanted to get more serious about our possibly purchasing a larger home and selling our current one. Brittney was able to show us a number of homes within our budget and location. One day, we discovered our dream home was for sale! We wanted to act as quickly as possible to purchase it, which required the sale of our current home.. Brittney gave us the absolute best case scenario for the sale of our home! She provided us with helpful suggestions to improve areas of our current home to give the best possible look and feel for our potential buyers. A professional photographer took high quality photos unlike others on the market. This helped our listing stand out immediately from many others. Our home sold after only 3 days!
