If you are looking for a dependable and trustworthy realtor, look no further. My family and I were looking for a new home and a friend recommended Donovan. I am so glad they did! After a brief discussion as to our search requirements, he knew exactly what we needed and he was off and running trying to locate our dream home. Within a few days, he organized about 10 homes to see and all of them were great options. I know it was tough seeing 10 homes in one day while we had all 4 kids (ages 8 and under) with us, but he was always respectful and good with us and the kids. I worked construction for several years and I also did some home remodeling, so I know what to look for in a house. Well let me tell you, I was shocked at his knowledge of home maintenance and repair. He spotted things way before I did and he knew right away whether a certain house was a good fit for us or a mistake in the making. He was always available to talk/text and his knowledge of the area and home values was top notch. I would recommend Donovan to anyone in the market to buy or sell a some. I was shocked at the level of attention Donovan gave my family and I as we looked for a home.
