Wow, Wow, Wow! If you need a realtor to buy or sell, I highly recommend Travis Erickson! Travis is incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and made sure that we understood the how and why of pricing. What I appreciate most about Travis besides his attitude, sales approach and work ethic is his honesty and straightforwardness. There wasn't any grandstanding, and we felt that he valued fairness for everyone involved. Travis suggested prior to selling that we have the house inspected so future buyer would be assured of the condition of the home. It made us feel confident we were selling a solid home and not hiding anything. With Travis and an empty house, amazing photos, video & internet exposure, after two hours on the market we received more than our asking price and numerous offers. Even the prospective buyers realtor commented on how pleasant, enjoyable and helpful it was to work with Travis especially dealing with their unique situation. Anyone trying to sell their home can tell you its a stressful, exhausting process. Travis made our experience personal and took the stressful burden off of our shoulders. I didn't have to worry about lights left on or other unnecessary details because he took care of it all. Traviss made all the difference in the positive sale of our family home. He is friendly, polite, truthful and responded almost immediately to any question or commentaEUR|..I could go on and on about how great he is. And caution you to go with your gut when interviewing realtors, just because they tell you what you want to hear that your house is worth, have them show you why. Looking back on the sale of my house I genuinely feel I hit the jackpot choosing Travis Erickson to handle the selling process. I had three friends/family members highly recommend their realtors, but I just had a very good feeling about Travis after he gave me a free, no commitment home evaluation. It was just a one bedroom house, so it needed good marketing to draw buyers that were the right fit. And draw a crowd it did! To quote Travis aEURoewe are going to have them lined up out the door!aEUR? I never would have imagined that the sale would go so smoothly, so quickly, and with so many offers. It sold at a price that far exceeded the asking price, and far exceeded my expectations. Travis knew exactly what to do to make my house show well, and he had the contacts to get those jobs done quickly. Again, it was a sale that you could only dream about, and it became that perfect experience when I put it in Travis hands. He is so modest, but exceptionally skilled at his profession, and I dont know how he stays so humble with all the praise he undoubtedly gets from his clients. He is absolutely the guy I will refer my old neighbors to or anyone asking me for an OUTSTANDING realtor!
