After a referral to Toby Davis, I contacted him requesting his assistance selling a property in Hendersonville, NC. He seemed interested and promised to check into my request and get back to me the next day or at the very latest in two days. After not hearing back from him as promised, I followed up with an email a couple weeks later asking him to let me know his thoughts or at the very least, if he was not interested in assisting me, to please let me know so that I could move on. Again, I heard nothing from Toby. Toby's ReMax profile says the "key to success is very simple aEUR" listening." Furthermore it states "He's a consummate professional with business savvy." "Toby makes it a point to obtain winning results that go above and beyond your expectations." Above and beyond?? Consummate Professional with business savvy??? I did not receive any of the services that Toby Davis markets himself as providing.
