Becky went above and beyond during our quest to buy a home in Rochester. She quickly picked up on what we were hoping to find and without hesitation arranged to take my wife out to begin what ultimately was a very efficient process because of her knowledge of what was on the market that was within the guidelines we had suggested. She was great at listening to both what we said we wanted and what we thought we needed.My wife was immediately at ease with Becky and was quite comfortable going out with her to look at houses while I couldn't be in town. By the time I got involved we spent just a few hours looking at the homes they had selected for my viewing before making an offer on the one we ultimately purchased. She was able to negotiate with the owner's for us and not only got them to agree to the price we offered but with her help we closed and moved in within our time constraints without a hitch. Becky followed up after our move and we have kept in touch ever since. We consider her to be a true friend and as I have told others...we have always felt that she didn't sell us a house...she assisted us in buying our home. I would highly recommend Becky Amato to anyone either looking to buy or sell their next home and assure you we will do the same!
