What an awesome person! We found Dena 6 years ago when she helped us find out first home, recently Dena sold that first home, and now we are in our new home and you guessed it, thanks to Dena! We absolutely love her for many reasons. One is that she is fabulous to work with, her personality is great and she completely understands us as buyers and sellers (especially when my idea of living and my wifes idea have many differences). Through and through she never took sides but presented us with realistic options. I can tell you that when we signed on our new house in December, we had ZERO buyer remorse and couldnt be happier!Another is that she is open and honest about what to expect when buying and selling. Moving or purchasing a new home can be quite stressful, trust me! However having Dena along the way was a tremendous help! When selling she gave valuable advice on what to do and what not to do, what adds value and what doesnt add value (that was very interesting to me but made complete sense after seeing how everything turned out). When buying a house, I mentioned above how she understands us but to go a little further into detail, she was great in keeping our hopes of our dream house coming to market and was realistic on many topics: interim living conditions (since our house sold), housing market timing, negotiations, potential, school districts, future equity options, etc. etc. etc.I could go on but if you take something away, Dena is polite, professional and FUN. Additionally the team she works with took excellent care of us from beginning to end! Thank you, Dena!
