My husband & I relocated to Bowling Green, KY from Alabama in 2012 due to his job. It was a very stressful time for both of us because we did NOT want to leave our family & friends in AL, but, of course, my husband had to keep his job. We were looking to downsize & had a limited budget because we had not sold our house in AL yet. Jane Parrott was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and aEUR" most of all aEUR" attentive to OUR NEEDS in a home.We probably looked at 30 houses! Jane NEVER lost patience with us. She wanted US to be happy with our choice. Jane really listened to our criteria & tried to aEURoematch itaEUR? as closely as possible.In addition, Jane put us in touch with an excellent loan officer that helped us secure financing. Jane also assisted us in finding a knowledgeable & thorough home inspector.Over two years later, we still love our home & have been very happy in it! I feel we were so fortunate to have had Jane as our realtor. She helped make the move to BG much less stressful! We would use her again if we ever decide to move.
