Jen possesses an incredible talent to quickly understand her client's needs and wishes. She was able to effectively comprehend what we were looking for in an acreage when we decided to leave town living and was able to match us up with our little farm. She also was able to sell two of our former houses. One sold in two days! The other sold in the worst housing market in decades! She was able to find the perfect buyer to match this house and make everyone happy.Jen has a unique personality and, as others have stated, is like working with a best friend or family. She also has such a good grasp on current market conditions, local builders, development areas, taxes and everything you would need to know about selling or buying/building a new house.We will definitely call on Jen again when we feel the time is right to change our residential lifestyle.
