Tabitha has been our realtor for three different transactions (2 Buys and 1 Sell). I would happily use her again - except for the fact that she found us the perfect home and we plan to stay forever! She is the BEST realtor. Tabitha is a tough negotiator for her clients. Her response time for answering questions and getting documents prepared is unmatched. She is honest and takes initiative. She is knowledgeable about the markets where she practices and has great recommendations for all the third parties you may need (inspectors, pest control, contractors, real estate lawyers, etc. . .). Not only has she represented me, I have also recommended her to friends and family members who have been blown away by how much she goes above and beyond compared to other realtors they had used in the past.

Tabitha is the best real estate agent in the triad area. She guided us through the entire process of buying our first home from start to finish. She is extremely responsive. Available. Completely trustworthy. And she knows her stuff! Her experience and knowledge of the market is really what makes her stand out. She helped us dodge more than a couple bullets on houses we thought we loved, but that she identified some areas of serious concern. She was right every time! At Tabitha's advice we did our walk through RIGHT before closing (thank goodness!). We discovered an issue that had not been taken care of by sellers, as promised. This moment of crisis is where Tabitha really shined! She was on the phone on with seller's agent, on the phone with inspectors, on the phone with contractors, on the floor - on her hands and knees - trying to see if she could be fix the issue herself! We were impressed and SO thankful we had Tabitha as our agent and not someone else. We love our new home. We love our new neighborhood. We've already recommended Tabitha to friends and family members (who also love her, as well). We know we will be buying again, eventually, and there is NO QUESTION that Tabithia Westmoreland will be the agent we use.
