My house was on the market for 4 years with no sale. I'd gone through 3 realtors that showed the house numerous times and dropped the price considerably. When I hit my lowest price, which was close to market value, it still didn't sell. The home and property was unique and required a special buyer. I spoke to someone that researched all agents in the area, and found Melissa had sold the most houses in the previous year. He hired her and she sold his house immediately. I set up a meeting with her and was very impressed with her marketing strategy. She said this would be tough, but she loved a challenge. I liked that and felt she was the best person for the task. Approximately 2 months later, my unique home and property was sold! Melissa took us step by step through the process, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Her bright face and happy personality made her the most wonderful person to do business with. I couldn't have sold the house without her, and I bought her flowers afterwards. She is now a great friend and we still stay in touch.
