Stephanie is amazing to work with. I had a short runway to move from NC to Philly. Stephanie engaged with me over the phone and I was reviewing Philly properties online in NC a day later. Stephanie did a great job finding properties that met the criteria I was looking for. I'm quite picky and she was very patient with me as we reviewed properties. After narrowing down the list, she spent 2 full days, during the week of Thanksgiving, showing me properties and giving me a tour a Philadelphia. Ultimately I decided on a beautiful apartment in downtown Philly. Stephanie was fully engaged through the entire process up to and including me signing the lease. After the lease was signed, Stephanie checked in with me on numerous occasions to make sure the move was successful and I was enjoying Philadelphia. From day one, Stephanie made me comfortable in every aspect of my property search. It felt like I was her friend and not just another client. I will definitely use Stephanie's services in the future and if you are looking at properties around Philadelphia I highly recommend reaching out to her.

Capri and her team are absolutely incredible! My husband and I purchased our first home recently and could not have done it without Carpi's guidance. Capri is passionate about what she does, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. When looking at houses, she took so much time with us to go through every house and point out the positives and negatives. She is extremely knowledgable about real estate and the ins and outs of homes/ home ownership. She was very encouraging, positive, and patient with us at all times. Capri and Whitney were available to us immediately whenever we had a question, wanted to discuss something, or wanted to see a house. It is very clear that they truly care and want to help you find the perfect fit. Even after closing, they are always there to answer our questions, help us with whatever we need, and share in the excitement of our new home with us. I cannot praise Capri and her team enough for the amazing work they did in helping me find and purchase my first home in July! From the beginning of this process, Capri was right there to guide me through the ups and downs of the home-buying process. I knew nothing so we met and she discussed everything I needed to know about location, affordability, and thinking outside the box when it came to what I thought I wanted in a "home." With viewings, I think one aspect that stood out to me the most was that whenever we went to visit a house, Capri would walk me through each and every room, and point out the positives and negatives so I fully informed about condition/state of the home, and if there any concerns/issues that would need to be addressed. Because of her carefulness, I always had a sense that she was not going to let me buy a "dud," or something that I could not handle, and that gave me a lot of comfort as first-time buyer. Additionally, she worked tirelessly, late nights and on the weekends to help me deal with a "hot" housing market. I was so appreciative of her professionalism and dedication to the job. Moreover, she would always tell me that "when it's meant to be, it will all come together," and I really truly believe that happened with my home - from my offer (which was accepted out of multiple offers) to settlement. I have not regretted my decision or looked at other homes and said, "If only..."Lastly, Capri and Whitney were extremely responsive and patient with emails and questions I had, and they explained everything so well. I was impressed with their scheduling skills, help in finding a lender and home inspector, creating timelines after my offer was accepted, and ensuring that I was prepared so that settlement went as seamless as possible. I feel very fortunate to call Capri my friend and agent. Thank you!!!
