Sabrina was AMAZING! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and literally had no clue what we were doing. She is so caring, passionate and friendly and goes above and beyond for her clients. She took us on as clients without any hesitation and walked us through the entire home buying process whilst also answering every question we threw at her. We were clueless and had no idea what words like aEURoeescrowaEUR? and aEURoecontingencyaEUR? were and Sabrina helped us navigate through it all. She always steered us in the right direction and she never pressured us into doing anything we werent comfortable with. She is also extremely accommodating which was so nice since we do have a toddler and were coming in from way out of town. In fact my toddler, who has had very little contact with anyone since Covid hit, absolutely adored Sabrina and she is very shy and cautious around strangers. That right there told us we made an excellent choice with Sabrina. If youre looking for a real estate agent who is honest, caring, helpful, passionate and someone who is very knowledgeable about Chico and the real estate market Sabrina is the one for you.
