If you are reading this because you are looking for an exceptional agent, we highly recommend Brian Voigt and here is why:Based on online reviews of realtors in the area we were targeting, we set up an appointment with Brian to view a house/property of interest we saw on Zillow.Unfortunately, though we loved the place, it was a short sale that already had a pending offer. Brian explained, you never know how these things will play out and so put in a back up offer for us while we continued our search.We found that Brian really listened to what we were looking for and with his knowledge of the area did not waste our time showing us properties that were not in our description. Since we had to travel a very long distance to view properties, we greatly appreciated that.Then, the unexpected happened and the people ahead of us in the short sale backed out putting us in first place.
