I met Bobbi at an open house when my husband and I were gently searching for a new home in Huntington Beach. I honestly didn't want to bother her because we were MONTHS away from committing to buy, but she was happy to meet and tell us about the home buying process in California, and was helpful in every way from that moment on. I could tell she truly cared about us, our decisions, and the finding the RIGHT house for our family. Bobbi showed us many houses (not too many;) and answered MANY MANY questions. We were 2nd time home buyers but 1st time in CA. Everything was different. She was very patient with our questions, and even proactive with her info and answers. She even helped research to find us a lower interest rate!! She was seriously amazing. We had competition on the house we bought and won over several other offers. She gave great advice but also let us follow our gut when making the offer. She was informative in the inspection, home buying process, and loan. I seriously couldn't ask for anything more :)

My fiancA(C) and I were very nervous to take the big step towards purchasing a home. We didnt know where to start, what to do, we were completely clueless. Bobbi helped us every step of the way. From going over every piece of paperwork we would be signing to handing us the keys when we finally found our dream home. We will forever be grateful to Bobbi for helping us find our first home. She was so detail oriented and patient with us. Never got annoyed when we asked a million questions or when we were skeptical on a property, price or neighborhood. She held our hand every step of the way and was always so loving and caring. Ive recommended her to everyone I know who is looking for a home. I cant imagine anyone doing a better job than her. She really made us feel like she cared about our wants and needs and didnt just push properties on us to close the sale. Normally don't write reviews in anything but since we are first time home buyers we want to let everyone know this gal is beyond amazing! We had the most smoothest, easiest and greatest experience with Bobbi, hands down her and her team are superub! Very knowledgeable, resourceful, patient and always on top of everything even when we saw homes she asked questions to seller we might forget to ask/think of. When it came down to paperwork they were upfront of everything, made me and my husband aware of every document we ever signed and would advice us if we had questions, which in my point of view it is very important. Highly recommend Bobbi and her team! Thank you so much Bobbi you made our dreams come true in being home owners and on top of it we got our dream home!!
