Have you ever responded to a realestate listing that you really wanted but thought.. its impossible but I have to look anyway? Do you have a dream that seems just outside of your grasp? We first met Sandi five years ago when we went to go look at a listing she had on the river. The view was spectacular, the privacy unheard of, the home however needed more work than we had the energy for! That home was not for us! We shared with Sandi the reality of our situation! She was excited about the challenge and more than willing to help us search for the perfect home within our price range. We had a very specific home we were looking for with an even more specific price point. The plan was always to find our new home, make an offer contingent on the sale of our current home, get the acceptance and then put our current home on the market. We were also pretty adament that closings and possession occur on the same day, so that we were never in limbo! It took several years to find our perfect Little River home, as these are not on the market very often in our price range! Once we found the home things moved very quickly and Sandi was on top of every single detail! Even as challenges came up in the process, Sandi was there to deal with it and walk us through it! Within eight days we had an offer on our current home, unfortunately that buyer walked away within a week of closing. We felt so defeated and were ready to give up... But not Sandi! Within two days we had a new offer and this one actually went through! Because of Sandi we are currently living in our Dream Home overlooking the river,A A dream we thought would never come true! She made sure we had a seamless transition from one home to the next! We cannot thank her enough for all of her dedication to helping us achieve this dream! She is an outstanding realtor and an even more amazing person! We highly recommend her!
