Mike was incredible to work with! He takes a personal interest in selling your home! We live 4 hours away from the house we were selling and he took it upon himself to power wash our house and let us know when anything was needed! He was there for all the inspections and held several open houses to ensure it would sell as quickly as possible!

I wanted to take time to work on repairs and address a foundation issue; I was not in a hurry to sell. Michael followed up and checked in with me on a regular basis and always asked if there was anything he could do to help. This was my first time selling property and Michael made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. He always gave me time to read and review information he was sending before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. He kept me informed every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable. He?s also well connected with inspectors, repair people, construction teams and lenders in his area. Michael did a wonderful job listing my property, I had an offer within 24 hours! Hire this guy and you could find yourself homeless (but in a good way)! I highly recommend Michael.

Michael is a consummate professional... when we needed to move from NY to NC (for a job changes) we met w/ Michael and he spent no shorter than 8 hours w/ us taking us around to areas of interest that we had emailed prior to our house hunting search... The long and short of it was when we decided to put in an offer on an end Townhome unit, we were informed that it has sold just the day before... left with a sense of feeling that we had wasted the entire day, Michael found us a home being built on spec that was bigger and slightly less expensive AND the for the big kicker, would be ready for us in 8 weeks... after sitting w/ the builders rep, and going over all of the trim options we put our offer in the next day... As far as Im concerned, MIKE gets 5 stars from us... I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a home reach out to Mike as he represented OUR interests to a T and we couldnt be happier... thank you Mike! Mike did a fantastic job for us. There were a few challenges with selling our home and he handled them all with ease. The age of the home ? 25 years -- meant that there were a some upgrades and repairs to be done. Mike handled all of them with total professionalism. I highly recommend him!

Sharon worked tirelessly showing us so many homes and none of them fitted our needs but she did not give up, she kept looking until we found the perfect home! She has been priceless!
