I meet Maria for the 1st time. After the lender recommended her to me . She call me so quick and I explained to her what I really I was looking for and she right way understand . And she ask me if I had something on mine I say yes I want to see in place that I saw on Zillow. And she rightway make the call to the seller realtor and the next day. We went to see it. And that day come. She call me early morning and set up time to see the property she was there already waiting for me. We shake hands for the 1st and she tell me. Ready I say yes w smile. She took me and my family. Thru that property. Explains everything step by step. And. At the end she ask me if I want her to represent me on the buyer side I say of course yes we sign contract and the rest is history. She call every other day to check how I was doing and family and upgraded me about the process and and always keep me informed and like I say she ( Rock ????) and finally I own house w my girlfriend and kids. The day before closing meet me again. To. The finaly walk around the property and she was on top of everything . And closing day come she call me to see how I was feeling on the moment of true and boom ?? closing come. Sing papers and finally I?m proud owner of my own house wait to long (11 yrs ) for this. Thank u Maria we love u u are the best
