STEPHANIE IS A ROCKSTAR GO-GETTER!As someone who has done numerous real estate investment deals across the country as both a buyer and a seller, I have a tremendous amount of experience working with realtors. While most agents are decent and do a good job, I was impressed with Stephanie from the very beginning. I can say without a doubt that she was one of the best agents that I have had the pleasure of working with.Most agents can sell a turnkey, gorgeous home at an attractive price; However it takes an agent with the creativity and marketing skills that Stephanie has in order to sell a 'problem' home in the middle of a pandemic. That is exactly what she has done for me and she did it quickly!Stephanie recognized that the home that I needed to sell was not for everyone. It was fixer-upper that would need to be targeted to specific buyers who could see the potential of the property, and who wouldn't be afraid to roll up the sleeves. Furthermore, she needed to sell my home during a real estate slowdown because of the Covid19, a buyers-market in which the odds were against me. Surpassing all of my expectations, within days of the listing she was able to get a cash buyer at the price I wanted AND who wanted to close immediately.I would like to stress this point in my review, not only did Stephanie sell my property soo fast that it made my head spin, she found the right buyer that made this sale a complete WIN-WIN for the buyer as well as myself. That is extremely difficult to do, especially with a home with some 'blemishes'.I hope this review comes across as GLOWING, because I sure meant it to be. Stephanie exceeded all of my expectations and I'll know she'll do a great job for you.

Koby is very in tune with the local market! With his guidance I actually got more money out of my house then I thought it was worth! I'm a face value person and it's refreshing in today's world to talk with someone who puts honesty first!

I had to leave the area before my property sold, but was very pleased how she worked to make the closing happen.
