Carla Ferrante offers a unique experience compared to prior purchases. I never doubted for a minute she didn't have our best interests at heart as we were informed through every step on what to expect, usual outcomes and any potential risks. You can tell Carla has been doing this a while, she's a trusted consultant and incredibly knowledgable about the community, activities, schools and real estate market.Carla went above and beyond and has raised the bar for real estate agents. She listed our house and within 3 days had 2 back to back open houses while I was out of town and called to present me an offer 4 days after listing for $10/higher per square foot than anything in my neighborhood. Granted we made some upgrades but she calculated our appraisal right on the money!I would recommend Carla as the effort she puts forth rivals what is out there. For such an emotional event like the sale of a home it's good to be in trustworthy hands. Carla mailed fliers to everyone in the neighborhood and encouraged neighbors to spread the word if they were trying to get family or friends in the neighborhood. Her open house had fliers, cookies and water. Something I didn't experience at any of the open houses we've been on (we all know how exhausting they are and how parched you get).So not only did Carla sell our house in 4 days. Our new dream home is set to close in 10 days and this transaction has been a dream come true.
