We had been searching for a house for almost a year. We had put almost 25 offers but could not get a house even after putting in way above asking price. Pallavi was almost a god send for us when we got connected with her via a whatsapp message from a friend. Pallavi was very professional from day 1. She immediately set up appointment for us for the property and moved it to negotiation as we agreed on the property and price. Since we are first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and doubts. Pallavi was very patient with us and gave us a lot of time answering all our questions. She was by our side for the long 3 hours inspection which I appreciated because I did not know a lot about what to look for in an inspection.
