Thank goodness I found Mary Frances Weir! I was selling my fathers house and did not know where to begin. Mary Frances was fantastic right from our first meeting. She walked me through the selling process and answered every single question. She pointed out some things that we could easily do to highlight some of the great features of the house, both inside and out. She helped us find someone do some painting to freshen it up a bit. She then took care of bringing in a few things to stage the house for pictures. The house looked GREAT. Following her advice the house listed for more than we thought it would, and then sold above the asking price! The pictures helped to drive a ton of buyers through the house and we had a bunch of offers in hand after the initial weekend. The house was only on the market for one weekend. But the best stuff was all of the aEURoelittleaEUR? things. She recommended a polish for the hardwood floors, suggested curtains for the windows (and where she buys them), spotted some switch covers to update, and a few light fixtures we could replace for just a few bucks. Then she sat with me and helped to sort through the multiple offers, she walked us through the inspection stuff, she found a guy who could tidy up a small drywall issue. I was texting her all along with questions, asking for advice, and looking for help aEUR" she is SUPER responsive. The biggest one was the Pro Tip she gave me when we were getting ready to move forward with the sale; she suggested that we accept our preferred offer AND also contingently accept a second offer aEURoejust in caseaEUR? she said. I trust her and did as she suggested. As it turns out, the first buyer just disappeared after we accepted their offer, no call no nothing. I was so happy that she had me get that second offer in place! She just made a call to the second buyer and we were back on track to close a deal without having to restart the whole process of showing the house. Thank goodness I found Mary Frances Weir!

Mary is truly the best in the business! When I contacted Mary about selling our house, she met me at the house that weekend for a walk through. I had zero confidence that the house would sell. Mary looked me right in the eyes and said she would have it sold in 1-2 months. A month and a half later, we had an offer on the house! Being first time sellers, we were nervous and anxious throughout the process. After a five minute call with Mary, we would feel a lot better. Nobody know the market of Greater Cleveland like Mary does. Mary truly cared about us as clients. Her priority was making sure our goals were met. She had us focus on the important things to update in the house to help it sell. She knew what was important to update and what wasnt. That kept us within the budget we had for renovations, which was less than $2,000. I cannot recommend Mary enough! She is a great realtor and an even better person. I have no intention of selling the house we are in, but if I ever had to, I know who I'm gonna call!
